Well, guess who told herself that she was going to be consistently writing on this platform and then disappeared? You guessed right, me.
Writing a Substack post always seems easier and infinitely harder at the same time. Maybe it has to do with the fact that sometimes my brain just likes to ramble -Let’s be real, my brain rambles all the time, my internal monologue goes on and on and on even when I sleep. Making it difficult to organize my thoughts at times, because by the time I’ve attempted to capture the thought, it’s now one with the wind.
June was an interesting month for me personally, the highlight was attending Imaginarium for the third time in a row. I didn’t read a lot because I was in the process of interviewing for a new job and the anxiety was not letting me focus enough.
July is my birthday month, and I’ve been adjusting to my new job position. Which has been fun because it is software development/engineering > meetings and managing.
I’ve posted seldomly here on Substack without actually sending an email to my subscribers, thank you for understanding and I hope you have been reading. If not, here is what you might have missed.

I am two short weeks away from submitting my first short story to an anthology for charity. The theme is Dark, and I am currently in the process of finishing up the first draft. Once I know more details, I will share some more here and other places.
